Vinylester Resins

Comparing to Standard polyester resins, owing their different chemical structures, epoxy vinyl ester resins have better resistancy to high temperature and chemicals (acidic and basic mediums). With these special structure characteristics their mechanical and HDT values are extremely high. With this group of resins, FRP products are manufactured by hand lay-up, spray, infusion, cold press RTM, filament winding and pultrusion techniques. Due to their superior characteristics vinyl ester resins are used for manufacturing chemical storage tanks, transportation tanks, pipes, sea vessels, automotive parts, wind turbine blades, isolation materilas. Besides, also preffered for producing high performance composite materials in aviation and defence industries.
